Privacy Policy

We store what we need to run your account, sell you tickets and let you in at the gate — nothing more. Payments are handled by our payment partner: we never see your card number or your wallet PIN. We don’t sell personal data.

• Account details — name, email, mobile number, city and your favourite genres. Your password is stored only as a salted one-way hash.
• Orders and tickets — events booked, ticket categories, seats, add-ons, the attendee details on your tickets, and gate check-ins.
• Payments — the payment method you chose, the amount and the transaction reference returned by our payment partner. Card numbers and wallet PINs are entered on the partner’s secure page and never reach Pranobonto.
• Favourites, notifications and preferences — events you save, messages we send you in your account, and your email/SMS and language preferences.
• Organiser content — if you list events, the event details and images you upload.

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To take payment, issue tickets, validate them at the gate and show your order history.
• To share the attendee list for an event with that event’s organiser, for entry and safety only.
• To send order updates and reminders and, only if you opt in, news about shows.

Personal data is shared only with the organiser of an event you book, the payment partner processing your payment, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) acting on our behalf, and authorities where required by Bangladeshi law. It is never sold.

• Account data, orders and tickets are stored in our database on Cloudflare (D1).
• Images uploaded by organisers and our team are stored on Cloudflare R2.
• Signing in sets one secure, httpOnly session cookie. It is used only to keep you signed in and expires after 30 days without activity, or when you sign out.
• Your browser’s local storage keeps your language choice and recent searches; your in-progress cart lives in session storage and disappears when the tab closes.

You can view and correct your profile and switch email or SMS updates on or off from your account at any time. To request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account, email us and we’ll handle it.
