Terms of Use

Pranobonto (“প্রাণবন্ত”, “we”) is a live-music discovery and ticketing platform for Bangladesh. These terms apply when you browse the site, create an account, buy tickets or list an event.

Payments are processed by our payment partner on its own secure page; its terms also apply to the payment itself. How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

• You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account; some events carry their own age limits.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Please keep your account details accurate — tickets and order updates are tied to them.

Tickets are sold by the event organiser; Pranobonto acts as the booking agent. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. A buyer service fee of 4% of the ticket subtotal is shown before you pay.

• You pay on our payment partner’s secure page (bKash, Nagad, card or internet banking). An order is confirmed only once that payment is verified, and QR tickets are issued then.
• Each QR ticket admits one person once. Screenshots are accepted, but duplicate scans are rejected at the gate.
• Organisers may set per-order limits to keep tickets fair for fans.

If an event is cancelled, the full ticket price is refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Service fees are refunded for cancellations.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket stays valid for the new date, or you can request a refund within 7 days of the announcement. Change-of-mind refunds depend on the organiser’s policy shown on the event page. See the Help Center for details.

• Venues and organisers set entry rules (ID checks, bag policy, prohibited items). Entry may be refused for unsafe behaviour.
• Add-ons such as merchandise or food vouchers are collected at the marked counters by showing your order QR.
• Recording and photography rules are set by each artist and organiser.

Organisers who list events agree to the event guidelines and commission terms described on the pricing page. Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for delivering the event.

To the extent permitted by law, Pranobonto’s liability is limited to the booking fees you paid. Organisers remain responsible for delivering their events.
